Information About Returns
Returns are accepted on full priced and sale merchandise purchased at southmoonunder.com within 30 days of purchase provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, unused and have the South Moon Under tickets attached. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. To make an online return in store, you must have the Invoice and the credit card used to make the purchase. Clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange as stated on the product and cart page on the website. We cannot accept items purchased at South Moon Under stores in our Internet Returns Center. Please return your items to the original store or to the store closest to your home.
The website will not allow you to initiate a return for clearance merchandise.
Please allow 14 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and be processed. To make a return in store, you must have the Invoice and the credit card used to make the purchase.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box. Protective mask face coverings and hand sanitizers are not eligible for return or exchange.
South Moon Under monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
HOW TO RETURN
To make a return to the website please go to the ORDER STATUS section at the bottom of southmoonunder.com & follow the instructions to initiate the RMA # (please include this with your return). Please retain your return tracking information for your records.
Securely pack your item(s), with the original tags attached, RMA or invoice and send using your preferred shipper to:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Purchases made with a Gift Card CANNOT be refunded to a Credit Card.
Ecommerce purchases marked as GIFT on the invoice are eligible for a return to the original form of payment or a South Moon Under Gift Card if mailed to our Returns Center. Please specify on the RMA which option you prefer. All Ecommerce GIFT returns processed in store will be refunded to a South Moon Under Gift Card.
Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued based on the original method of tender with valid South Moon Under receipt. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect. No returns after 6 months unless manufacturer offers a longer warranty.
Apple Pay Returns
Purchases made online using Apply Pay can be returned to us at southmoonunder.com
for a refund to Apple Pay. Returns made to any of our store locations
will be refunded to a South Moon Under Gift Card or can be sent to our returns center as stores are not able to process these returns. Please allow 14 business days for the return to arrive at our facility and be processed.
Visa/MC/AMEX Gift Card Returns
Please be certain to RETAIN the original gift card in case you need to make a return. All refunds are made to the original form of payment
Our system does not allow for exchanges. A NEW
order for the replacement item(s) needs to be placed online. After placing the new order online, please contact a member of our customer service team with your new order number by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
, so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the new order. Please note that South Moon Under is not responsible for refunding shipping/return costs. Clearance
items are not eligible for exchange. Once the original item(s) has been received in our warehouse a return will be processed and we will notify you by email. You can also visit one of our store locations
and exchange your item as well. If your original purchase was made using a South Moon Under Gift Card, please contact Customer Service PRIOR to placing the exchange order.
