Shipping Information

Policy updated and effective February 21, 2022

All orders from southmoonunder.com may be shipped from our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana or any of our 24 store locations.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00. Delivery is guaranteed within 7-10 business days beginning the first business day after your order is placed. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed.

*Please note that orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii require an additional 7 business days to arrive.

2 Day Shipping

2 Day Shipping is $40.00. Shipping Promotions do not apply when the 2 Day Shipping option is selected.

2 Day Delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00pm EST. Please add one additional day for all orders placed after 12:00pm EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday and will arrive by Thursday. In some cases, delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.

2 Day Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes.

We do NOT offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.

CLOSURE EXCEPTIONS: Please note our Customer Service Office and our Distribution Center will be closed in the observance of the following holidays:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (DC only), Christmas, New Year's Eve (DC only). This will add 1 business day to all shipping methods for orders placed before and on these days..
