Swimwear Myths

Common Swim Myths

  Myth #1
Boy Shorts Hide Thick Thighs.
No! Boy shorts are for someone with a “boyish” figure. They offer curves for women who do not have them. Women who would like to hide their thighs should opt for swimsuits with skirted bottoms.

Myth #2

Brazilian Bottoms Are Unflattering.
No! Brazilian bottoms actually make the backside appear smaller. Fabric stretched across the backside will actually make it look bigger, not hide any flaws. The less fabric, the smaller you look.

Myth #3

Lower leg lines cover hip and thigh issues.
No! Lower leg lines only make legs appear shorter and thicker. Higher leg lines elongate and slim the leg.
