Yes, simply make a note in the customer comments area during checkout and we will be happy to gift wrap your order free!
How do I return an order?
  • Unworn or unused items with South Moon Under tickets attached may be returned within 60 days of purchase. With South Moon Under receipt an exchange, store credit/gift card or credit card credit will be issued.
  • Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired a refund will be issued based on the original method of tender with valid South Moon Under receipt. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • No returns after 6 months unless manufacturer offers a longer warranty.
  • No returns accepted on items not purchased at southmoonunder.com.

  • If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your name, billing address and a phone number where you can be reached along with the original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase with your return.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change. We will honor price adjustments within 14 days of the purchase date (found on the bottom of your receipt). Please notify us via email, service@southmoonunder.com, or phone 888-660-6071. We honor this one time only.
How are your shipping charges calculated?
Standard Shipping: Standard Delivery is guaranteed within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. In most cases your order will arrive within a couple of days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may take longer. Express Shipping: Add $26 to the standard shipping cost. Express Delivery is guaranteed in 2 days in some cases it will arrive the next day. Express shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Free Shipping Policy: Currently we offer free ground shipping on orders over $175. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer. Offer is not valid with any other promotion. Offer is only valid on one shipping address, multiple addresses per order will be charged separately. If you have any questions concerning the Free Shipping offer please call 1-888-660-6071 or email service@southmoonunder.com. Express Shipping Policy: Premium Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 1:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 1:00pm EST, will technically be processed the following business day, allowing an additional day for guaranteed delivery. Please note orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours. Premium Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States . Premium delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Shipping Charges: All orders from southmoonunder.com are shipped via UPS or USPS. We offer standard and premium delivery. Standard shipping costs are as follows: Orders up to $30 shipping charge $6 Orders up to $50 shipping charge $7 Orders up to $75 shipping charge $8 Orders up to $100 shipping charge $9 Orders up to $150 shipping charge $10 Orders up to $200 shipping charge $11 Orders up to $500 shipping charge $12 Orders over $500 shipping charge $13 An additional $7 charge will be added to any orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. A flat rate of $30 is charged for all shipments to Canada. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties upon receipt. Shipping Facts We do not ship outside of the United States except for Canada . We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. UPS does not require a signature upon delivery. UPS will leave your package at the safest location at your address.  If you have further instructions for UPS please indicate so in the “customer notes” section at the end of the checkout process. Over Sized Products An additional surcharge may be added to over sized items upon South Moon Under’s discretion. This charge will be noted in the product description.

How do I redeem my gift card online?
To redeem your gift card online please include the gift card number (found on the back of the card) in the “Special Instructions or Notes” section (this will appear on the page after you have entered your credit card information) during checkout. The gift card will be applied to your order when the order is processed and leaving our warehouse. The remaining balance of your order, if any, will be charged to the credit card you provide in the payment section. If you prefer to redeem your gift card over the phone or if you have any questions, please call 888-660-6071 and someone will assist you.
