Returns & Exchanges Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise purchased at southmoonunder.com that have not been worn or used within 60 days of purchase date. South Moon Under tickets must be attached. Please submit a Return Request via email. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please mail items to: South Moon Under ATTN: Internet Return Please include your original (or a photo copy) of your packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your name, billing address and a phone number where you can be reached along with your order number, if possible. Once your package has been received at southmoonunder.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within three business days. An e-mail confirmation will be sent with the total dollar amount credited to your account. Please allow additional time for your bank to further process and post the transaction. Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired a refund will be issued based on the original method of tender with valid South Moon Under receipt. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect. No returns after 6 months unless manufacturer offers a longer warranty.

Shopping Online Item availability is not guaranteed. We make every effort to keep an updated inventory, occasionally we sell out of products sooner than anticipated. We do make every attempt to locate the product from one of our stores and work with our vendors to possibly place a special order. If we are out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected Credit Cards South Moon Under accepts Visa and Master Card only. We do not accept international issued credit cards. Your credit card is not charged until we ship your order. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship you, not items that are not in stock or have been canceled. Your receipt will be included in your package with a packing slip. You will be notified via email or phone if there is a problem with your credit card during order processing. Sales Tax Sales tax is charged to states where we have a physical presence. Currently the states are Track Order You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been placed as successfully transmitted. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you from UPS, via e-mail once your order is prepared to leave our warehouse. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “Your Account”. At this time you are not able to track the shipping status of your order using a tracking number. You may e-mail or call customer service and we will be able to track the status of your package for you. Modify/Cancel Order If you need to modify or cancel your order please e-mail or call customer service as soon as possible and we will do so for you. We are un-able to send an updated electronic order confirmation, but we will make note of any changes on the packing slip you will receive with your package. We cannot cancel or modify an order after it has left our warehouse. You would need to place a separate order, place a return or exchange. |

Natural Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Drop Waist - Measure around your body 1.5” below your natural waist.
