Standard shipping costs are as follows:
Orders up to $30 shipping charge $7
Orders up to $50 shipping charge $8
Orders up to $100 shipping charge $9
Orders over $100 FREE
An additional $7 charge will be added to any orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $30. South Moon Under is not responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs.
Free Shipping Policy:
Offer is not applicable on certain oversized products such as Sugarboo frames. Offer is valid on one address only, not valid on multiple shipping addresses or on orders shipping to Canada. Express Shipping:
Express Shipping is $36.00. The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the Express Shipping option is selected.
Express Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days, in some cases it will arrive the next business day.
Express Shipping Policy:
Premium Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 1:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 1:00pm EST, will technically be processed the following business day, allowing an additional day for guaranteed delivery. Please note orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.
Premium Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States . Premium delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street location to receive your order.
- We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
- UPS does not require a signature upon delivery. UPS will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified.
- UPS reserves the right to requirea signature for a package delivery.
Over Sized Products
An additional surcharge may be added to over sized items upon South Moon Under’s discretion. This charge will be noted in the product description.
