Once your order has been placed online you must contact Customer Service at service@southmoonunder.com or by phone at 888-660-6071.  

  1. If your order has not been shipped we can cancel it for you and issue a full refund.
  2. If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact our Customer Service Team by email or by calling 888-660-6071 for a recommendation.
